About the Role
Based in Smithfield, this is a hands‐on HR support role across the full employee lifecycle.
You'll be the backbone of People operations, keeping everything running smoothly, accurately, and compliantly.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage end‐to‐end People admin (onboarding → changes → offboarding)
Prepare and issue employment contracts & variations
Maintain HRIS data and employee records with precision
Coordinate service awards & employee programs
Monitor and resolve People tickets (Freshservice)
Track visas, licences & compliance data
Manage first aid allowances & entitlements
Respond to employee queries with speed and professionalism
What You Bring
Previous experience in HR admin or People support
Strong knowledge of awards & employment contracts
Experience working in a rapid‐paced, multi‐site environment
Exceptional attention to detail & organisation skills
A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
