Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient operations.
Prepare and analyse financial statements, providing insights to management.




Manage cash flow and treasury functions, optimizing working capital.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and analysis.
Drive process improvement and automation within the finance function.
Required Skills and Experience:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong leadership skills.
Proven experience in financial management and analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and systems.
