Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Sourcing and Procurement, you will provide expert legal, commercial and procurement advice across a diverse portfolio of projects and operational activities.
Your work will support complex procurement processes, negotiate and manage commercial agreements, advise on contractual risk and compliance matters, and contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Deliver practical and commercially focused legal solutions that support strategic and operational outcomes.
Support procurement processes and manage commercial agreements.
Advise on contractual risk, compliance matters and NSW Government procurement frameworks.
Contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
Hold a tertiary qualification in Law.
Substantial experience in commercial contracts, procurement,



contract management or a related field.
Knowledge of NSW Government procurement frameworks and experience supporting major projects, infrastructure or technology procurements.
Ability to navigate complex procurement environments and deliver strategic solutions.
