1.Agile Release Train (ART) Enablement
Providea
dedicated or fractional Release Train Engineer
to supportone or more Agile Release Trains
Act asa
servant leader and chief facilitator
across multiple Agileteams
2. Planning & ExecutionFacilitation
Supportalignment between business priorities, product management, architecture,and delivery teams
Proactivelysurface and escape




delivery risks and systemic impediments
Partnerwith client leadership to resolve blockers impacting flow and outcomes
4. DeliveryTransparency & Reporting
Establishand manage
ART‐level delivery visibility
(PI Objectives,Program Boards, metrics)
Provideclear reporting on progress, predictability, risks, and outcomes
Supportexecutive and stakeholder communication on delivery status
5. Coaching & ContinuousImprovement
CoachScrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on
scaled Agile practices
FacilitateInspect & Adapt outcomes and drive measurable improvements
Supportuplift of Agile maturity and ways of working
6. Engagement & OperatingModel
Ongoingmanaged service
Transitionalrole with handover to internal teams
