We're looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to coordinate technology deployments across a network of retail stores.
You'll manage schedules, liaise with field technicians and third-party contractors, and ensure installations are delivered smoothly and on time.
What You'll Do Schedule and coordinate technology and camera deployments across retail locations Liaise with technicians, electrical contractors and other third-party suppliers Manage deployment timelines, appointments and schedule changes Track progress and keep project information up to date in Asana Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues Manage 2 Scheduling Assistants What You'll Bring Experience in scheduling, coordination or project support Strong organisation and stakeholder communication skills Experience coordinating technicians, trades or contractors is highly regarded Experience with Asana or similar project management tools Ability to manage multiple deployments and changing priorities in a rapid-paced environment Leadership experience
