Job Description
JobDescription:

KeyResponsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning:
Define and implement testingstrategies, methodologies, and tools, including automation frameworks.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and coordinate testingefforts, allocating tasks to analysts.
Execution & Monitoring:
Oversee test execution,



ensuringtesting aligns with project requirements and timelines.
Defect Management:
Identify, document, and track defects,conducting root cause analysis for issues.
Stakeholder Reporting:
Provide regular updates on testingprogress, risks, and quality metrics to managers and clients.
RequiredSkills and Qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior TestAnalyst, often 3+ years.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of manual/automated testingtools (e.g., Selenium,Azure Test Plans,ServiceNow ATF).
Methodologies:
Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfallframeworks.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical,and problem-solving skills.
