Your Mission
Operate the Caravan to a high professional standard, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight duties, including performance planning, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM review, and accurate flight logs.
Manage IFR and VFR operations with strong situational awareness and disciplined decision-making.
Maintain clear, customer-focused communication with operations, ground teams, and passengers.
Champion a proactive safety culture through reporting, checklist discipline, and adherence to the Safety Management System.
What You'll Bring
Total Time: 700 hours minimum
License Required: CPL + IR
Accepted Licenses: CASA
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
Type Rating: Not required — training provided
Consistent airmanship, sound judgement, and strong adherence to procedures.
Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset.
