About the role
As an experienced Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant (or an experienced Accountant for the right person), you will play a key role in the continual growth of the company.
Duties associated with this role include reconciliation of client accounts & invoices, payroll, ATO requirements, payments & administrative duties.
You'll manage stakeholders & maintain a positive client focus.

Our office is based in Maroochydore and there are flexible working options/hours available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts receivable & payable processing with assisted software automation
Involvement in payroll & superannuation
Month-end & year-end profit reporting (following existing process & procedures)
Ad-hoc bookkeeping & finance tasks as required
Involvement in team meetings
Contribute to team discussions & collaboration for continual process improvement
Undertake regular training
Administrative duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications in bookkeeping desirable, but not essential
Well rounded experience with Xero
Accounts payable, accounts receivable & payroll experience
Understanding of Australian tax & GST
Great communication skills & ability to build relationships
Approachable person that can contribute to discussions & an open, collaborative work culture
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Reliable & punctual
A friendly & fun personality are highly valued qualities!
