The Position You'll join a modern, purpose-built hospital delivering integrated mental health care to a growing regional population.
Working across the Acute Care Services (ACS) and Mental Health Emergency Care (MHEC) streams, you'll provide clinical leadership within a 25-bed adult inpatient unit while supporting 24/7 mental health crisis response through the hospital's Emergency Department.
This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who thrives in high-acuity settings and values team-oriented, multidisciplinary care.
You'll play a key role in delivering evidence-based treatment for patients presenting with complex psychiatric needs, while contributing to service development, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives within a progressive and well-resourced health environment.

Complementing its acute services, the co-located Community Mental Health team delivers comprehensive, community-based care — from urgent crisis intervention to ongoing treatment.
