Synergie is partnering with an established WA civil services contractor delivering concrete, streetscape and civil maintenance works across Perth.
With a strong pipeline of council and infrastructure projects, they are seeking an experienced Concrete Civil Crew Leader to oversee crews delivering high-quality outcomes across footpaths, kerbing, crossovers, pavements and other concrete assets.

What you'll be doing: Lead and supervise a concrete civil crew across streetscape, council and residential projects Coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification Read and interpret plans, drawings and project requirements Organise labour, materials and equipment to meet project schedules Oversee all aspects of concrete works including footpaths, kerbing, crossovers, pavements and pram ramps Monitor quality standards and ensure a high standard of workmanship is maintained Assist with setting out, formwork, levels, base preparation and concrete placement where required Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture Liaise with supervisors, project managers, clients and subcontractors on site What we're looking for: Minimum 3 years' experience in concreting At least 1 year of residential concreting experience (footpaths, pavements,
