About the Firm Our client is a leading national law firm.

The Opportunity Due to ongoing client demand, we are seeking two experienced Senior level lawyers to join their elite Workplace Relations and Work Health Safety (WHS) team in the Sydney CBD.
This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to align yourself with two influential and industry recognised leaders in the employment law space.
You will take on senior file stewardship, driving sophisticated, strategic outcomes while stepping into an active role mentoring junior practitioners within the team.
Key Responsibilities Workplace Advisory Advocacy: Deliver high-level, practical strategic advice on complex workplace relations, employment disputes, industrial bargaining, and restructures.
WHS Incident Response: Lead critical incident responses, major regulatory investigations, safe-work prosecutions, and coronial inquests for blue-chip clients.
Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, managing directors,



and in-house legal counsel across both corporate and government sectors.
Leadership Mentorship: Drive internal capability by mentoring junior lawyers and actively championing a highly collaborative team culture.
About You Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) focused on employment law, industrial relations, or work health safety litigation.

Technical Breadth: Demonstrated capability handling both front-end and litigation work.
