Goulburn Valley Health is seeking a Dictation and Transcription Officer to provide operational, administrative and system support for the Information Service dictation and transcription function.
You will act as the primary contact for system users and coordinate, process and distribute clinical correspondence to support timely care.
The role covers system monitoring, user management, liaison with clinicians and IT, and delivery of user training while maintaining documentation and duty routines.
