You will work within a dynamic learning environment that values:

What You'll Do
Teach across Years 7–12
Design engaging learning experiences that build conceptual understanding and curiosity
Use formative assessment practices to monitor understanding and adapt teaching in real time
Create classroom environments that promote challenge, belonging and high expectations
Facilitate inquiry, experimentation and problem-solving opportunities
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver contemporary and connected curriculum experiences
Contribute to the ongoing development of innovative learning approaches across the College

Skilled in making complex concepts accessible and meaningful
Committed to using formative assessment to inform teaching and improve student outcomes
Able to cultivate solid relationships and a positive learning culture
Collaborative, reflective and open to innovative approaches to teaching and learning
