Australian Mentoring Services (AMS) invites applications for an After Hours Team Leader (On-Call) based in Campbelltown, NSW. This hybrid, part‐time role supports frontline Mentors after hours, guiding rostering, incident response and participant safety while upholding AMS policies and NDIS standards.
You'll lead a small on‐call team, coordinate shift coverage for evenings, weekends and public holidays, and ensure explicit documentation and communication during shifts.
