The Role Advising on personal and business succession planning, including trust law, probate, estate administration and family provision matters.
Working with a diverse client base, including high net wealth individuals, business owners, farming families and charitable foundations.
Assisting with complex estate litigation matters and providing advice on statutory interpretation issues across estate, guardianship and trust law.




About You You will ideally have a minimum of six years' post?
admission experience with a strong interest in succession law.
You bring excellent technical, drafting and advocacy skills, along with strong communication abilities and a commercial, client?
focused approach.
You are comfortable working autonomously while also contributing positively within a team-oriented team environment.
