Bricklayer Foreman Concord, Full Time, Trades Services Vacancy Listing Dates 10/08/2026 to 7/09/2026 Please Quote Reference Number ***** Immediate starts available $180,000 - $195,000 depending on experience Join the team at Plumb Level Masonry (Sydney) Plumb Level Masonry is a reputable masonry contractor delivering high-quality brickwork and blockwork across residential and commercial projects.
We are currently seeking highly experienced Bricklayer Foreman to join our growing team in Concord, NSW.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee and manage multiple bricklaying teams across various sites Coordinate daily activities of ***** bricklayers across different locations Set out work areas and allocate teams efficiently to meet program deadlines Liaise directly with builders, site supervisors, and project managers Monitor productivity, quality, and site performance across all teams Set out and lay bricks and blocks in accordance with drawings and specifications Deliver high-volume, high-quality brickwork with robust productivity output Lay various brick bonds and finishes including - Stretcher bond - Stack bond - Vertical stack bond - Standard/common bonds - Architectural details such as arches and bullnose Work with face brick, common brick,
and blockwork Cut and shape bricks/blocks accurately to suit design requirements Ensure correct alignment, level, plumb, and structural integrity Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards Report progress, issues, and planning updates to Project / General Managers Drive high performance, accountability, and workmanship standards across crews Required Skills and Experience : A relevant Trade qualification and/or at least 1 to 3 years of employment experience, including leadership roles Demonstrated ability to manage large teams across multiple sites Strong coordination and planning capability Excellent communication skills with builders, supervisors, and project managers High-level understanding of productivity targets, sequencing, and site logistics Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills This is a full time role, 38 hours per week, an immediate start is available.
A remuneration package of $180,000 - $195,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate (depending on experience).
