Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) is launching an exciting new position: the Belconnen Child and Family Hub, bringing together high-quality early learning with integrated, place-based family support.
At its centre is the Ginninderra Early Childhood Centre, where children and families learn, grow and connect.
We're looking for a Hub Coordinator to take on a unique dual leadership role: Assistant Director at Ginninderra Early Childhood Centre Community Connection , connecting families with the right support, partnering across services and community organisations You'll combine strong early childhood practice with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build partnerships, helping families navigate parenting support, early intervention and wellbeing services, all in one place.
What you'll bring Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification (essential) Experience in early childhood, family support, or integrated service delivery Strong partnership-building skills across families, services and community organisations Genuine commitment to child development, inclusion and family wellbeing Confident, collaborative leadership style This is a full-time, fixed-term position through to 30 June **** , offering the opportunity to contribute to an initiative that is actively shaping the future of integrated community services.
