About the role We're looking for an Payroll Specialist to support and deliver core finance operations.
You'll work closely with the Finance Manager and broader team to ensure finance processes are accurate, timely, and compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
This is a hands-on role with exposure to global accounting processes, offering a strong foundation for someone looking to build their career in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.
In this role, you will: Support payroll processing across AU, US, and SG, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements including STP, PAYG, superannuation, CPF,



and US payroll filings Manage accounts payable processes including supplier invoices, expense claims, and payment runs, while maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring documentation is audit-ready Perform bank, balance sheet, and payroll reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies, and prepare and post journals including payroll and accrual-related entries Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and audit preparation Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the ongoing development of finance operations Key requirements Experience in payroll, reconciliations and accounts payable.
