This role is perfect for an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, ready to take the next step into their first management role.

About the Role * Lead, coach and inspire a small team to achieve sales targets and KPIs * Deliver outstanding customer service and create a premium in-store experience * Drive sales through strong product knowledge, styling and client engagement * Take ownership of day-to-day concession operations * Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards * Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to maximise results * Manage stock, replenishment and inventory processes * Lead from the front, creating a positive and motivated team culture What we're looking for * Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager,
