The Role Care Service Employee- Part Time- Young- Must be available to work across all shifts (AM, PM, Nights) Young Residential Aged Care is seeking a reliable and flexible Part Time Care Service Employee (CSE) to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with recent aged care experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a positive resident experience.
You will be a strong team player, committed to providing high-quality support services, and available to work a variety of shifts at short notice.

Experience in similar role in aged care A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity Flexible to do AM/PM and night shifts
