Initial 12 month assignment on an initial 2 year program Sydney offices Immediate start The role is focused on a large-scale telecommunications transformation program impacting Enterprise Business customers, including customer migration activities, network transformation initiatives, and transitioning services away from existing legacy platforms.
Responsibilitilies: Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale telecommunications projects and transformation programs.
Strong background delivering telecommunications projects across multiple platforms including IP networks, voice unified communications, VoiP, DSL, fibre network, cooper etc.
Management of large stakeholder groups including product, technology, network engineering, sales and delivery Ownership of project delivery outcomes, customer migration activities, governance, risks, finances, dependencies and executive reporting.
Proven experience managing enterprise telecommunications projects, network upgrades, service transitions and customer migrations.
This is a delivery-focused position – solid cultural fit and stakeholder engagement capabilities are highly important.
Telco background with organisations that are the major ISPs and/or telecommunications vendors is essential for these requirements.
Requirements: 10+ years Project Management experience with proven experience delivering large enterprise projects across the infrastructure space - network, infrastructure, systems telecommunications Highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to consult, negotiate and influence a broad cross-section of stakeholders to achieve outcomes.




Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in business and technology integration for ICT lead projects.
Well- developed understanding of the application of change management processes and the impact of change on individuals and work groups within commercially driven client focused organisations Demonstrated experience in project management developing project charters, plans, work breakdown structures; risk and issue resolution; Experience delivering customer migration, network transformation, service transition or telecommunications infrastructure projects.
Strong exposure to Enterprise and Business telecommunications services.
Excellent stakeholder management, governance and executive reporting skills.
Good understanding of voice, data and carrier network technologies.
