With a solid based of repeat clientele that have recently secured a $250M project and are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the business.
Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Law.
Proven experience working as a Commercial Manager on major infrastructure projects in excess of $200M+ Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
You will be managing a team of 3 (2 x CA/QS and a Planner) Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Exceptional stakeholder management skills and proven experience dealing with an EPC/EPCM Experience overseeing both subcontractor agreements and self‐performed delivery models Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred If this sounds like you and you fit the above criteria, please apply!
