An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced Wills Estates Litigation Lawyer to join a highly regarded practice with a strong reputation in succession and estate disputes.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of contested estate matters, including family provision applications, estate litigation, validity disputes, executor and trustee disputes, elder law issues, and complex estate administration matters.
You will manage your own matters while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated and challenging disputes.
The position offers significant client contact, autonomy, and the opportunity to further develop your profile in this specialised area of practice.
Responsibilities Managing wills and estates litigation matters from commencement through to resolution Advising clients on family provision claims, contested wills, estate disputes and trust matters Preparing court documents, affidavits, submissions and correspondence Conducting negotiations,



mediations and settlement conferences Attending court appearances and working closely with counsel where required Building and maintaining strong client relationships To be successful in this role, you will possess: A minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience Demonstrated experience in wills and estates litigation Solid advocacy, drafting and technical legal skills Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture This is an excellent chance for a lawyer looking to specialise further in succession law and estate disputes while enjoying high-quality work, strong client engagement and genuine career progression.
