Project Manager | Education Fit-Out Projects Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 + Super Core Talent is partnering with a leading national construction business to recruit an experienced Project Manager for their growing fit-out division.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across the education sector.
The role will focus on fit-out and refurbishment projects within major university environments, offering a diverse mix of challenging works including laboratory upgrades, live campus refurbishments, heritage restoration and specialist teaching facilities.
Project values typically range from $2M - $10M, providing the prospect to lead technically complex projects while maintaining close involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
The Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, budget, quality and safety targets.
Key responsibilities Managing multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects across university campuses valued between $2M - $10M Leading project teams including Site Managers, Contract Administrators and subcontractors Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement within live operational environments Overseeing procurement, programme management and commercial performance Driving project outcomes across safety,
