Our client is a leading OEM in the mining space and are currently seeking experienced Industrial Spray Painters to join a busy workshop in Wacol , working on large-scale mining equipment and components.
If you have experience in industrial, automotive, manufacturing or heavy equipment painting, this is an excellent chance.
What's on Offer Monday to Friday roster | 5.00am - 2:00pm $***** Modern workshop with quality equipment Your Day-to-Day In this role you'll be responsible for: Preparing components by sanding, grinding, masking and cleaning surfaces Mixing paints,



primers and protective coatings to specification Applying high-quality finishes using spray painting equipment Inspecting completed work to ensure OEM quality standards are achieved Maintaining spray guns and associated equipment Following safe handling procedures for paints, thinners and hazardous materials Keeping your work area clean, organised and compliant with safety standards What You'll Bring To be successful, you'll have: A trade qualification in Spray Painting, Automotive Refinishing or a related discipline Previous experience painting heavy machinery, commercial vehicles or industrial equipment Strong knowledge of industrial paint systems and coating application techniques High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work A robust commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
