Our client is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow their presence within the Western Australian mining sector.
This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role suited to someone who thrives on face-to-face engagement, building trusted relationships, and delivering practical technical solutions to site-based customers across WA.
What you'll be doing: Visiting mine sites across WA (including Pilbara and Goldfields) to build strong customer relationships Identifying client challenges and presenting tailored solutions to improve fleet air conditioning performance and reliability Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account growth Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders across mining operations Collaborating with internal technical and project teams to scope and deliver solutions Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales activity reporting Representing the business at industry events, client meetings, and site visits What you'll need: Experience working with or within the mining industry (e.g., maintenance, reliability, supply, or sales)
