About the Role We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to contribute to the continued growth of a respected law firm by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, implement and evaluate marketing strategies, advertising policies and promotional campaigns to support business growth and client acquisition objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, market conditions, competitor activities and industry trends to identify business opportunities.




Gather, interpret and analyze market data and statistical information to support strategic planning and marketing decision-making.
Identify and forecast consumer trends, preferences and demand patterns to assist in the development of marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement marketing objectives, policies and programs aligned with the firm's business goals and target market requirements.
Coordinate the production and distribution of advertising, promotional and marketing materials across digital and traditional channels.
Monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.
Advise on all elements of marketing, including service positioning, pricing strategies, promotional activities, client engagement initiatives and distribution channels.
Manage and enhance the firm's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, digital advertising and related marketing activities.
Liaise with external suppliers, media providers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns within budget and timeframes.




Research potential demand and market characteristics for existing and new legal services and identify opportunities to expand the firm's client base and service offerings Prepare marketing reports, presentations and recommendations for management based on research findings and campaign outcomes.
Perform other duties consistent with the role of Marketing Specialist.
Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum one year of relevant full-time work experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or in a similar role.
Robust understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market research methodologies.
Experience in developing and implementing advertising and promotional campaigns.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media marketing, content creation, and marketing analytics tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Robust organizational and stakeholder management skills.
