Personal Injury Lawyer – CTP / Abuse / Public Liability | 2+ PQE to Senior Associate $90,000–$180,000 + generous bonus | 1 day WFH | Visible career path About the firm Join a contemporary, innovative plaintiff firm with an enviable record of success and a strong reputation for high-quality work across CTP, institutional abuse, public liability and work injury damages.
You'll work in a collaborative, merit-based team with Accredited Specialist mentors, clear progression, and a genuine commitment to work-life balance.
The opportunity Reporting to – and being mentored 1:1 by – a highly respected Accredited Specialist Partner, you will: Run your own plaintiff personal injury practice and client files Act for clients in a mix of:Institutional abuse claims (highly regarded experience),CTP (motor vehicle accident) claims Public liability claims Work injury damages matters.
Conduct all aspects of litigation, including: Liability and quantum assessment Drafting pleadings and advices Preparing evidence and briefing counsel Negotiations, mediations and court appearances where appropriate; Work closely with senior practitioners on more complex or high-value matters; Contribute to matter strategy, client care and process improvement within the team Depending on your level (2+ PQE up to Senior Associate), you'll be given responsibility and autonomy appropriate to your experience.
