We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Architect to lead the delivery of Secure by Design (SbD) services across enterprise-wide programs and strategic technology initiatives.
This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who has designed and delivered security solutions end-to-end, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to embed security throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end Secure by Design engagements across business and technology initiatives.
- Develop security architectures, perform threat analysis, identify control requirements, and guide solution delivery.
- Define and maintain security patterns, reference architectures, technology standards, and security baselines.
- Conduct cloud and infrastructure security assessments and provide architectural guidance - Lead solution design activities, vendor assessments, and technical decision-making - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure security controls are effectively implemented and operationalised.




- Identify security risks, control gaps, and remediation strategies to support informed business decisions.
- Contribute to the ongoing uplift of enterprise security architecture capability, frameworks, and governance Experience - 8+ years of security experience with at least 5 years in Security Architecture.
- Demonstrable experience delivering Secure by Design outcomes from requirements through implementation.
- Robust expertise across cloud security, infrastructure security, identity and access management, network security, and enterprise security controls.
- Experience developing security architectures, conducting threat analysis, defining controls, and supporting testing and implementation activities.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO *****, APRA CPS 234, SABSA and/or TOGAF.
