This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with strong technical electrical experience who can supervise a team, maintain high safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
What's on Offer $100k Salary plus Super ( Neg depending Experience ) Immediate start Monday to Friday work Ongoing opportunity for the right candidate Modern manufacturing and workshop workplace Supportive team with a solid safety culture Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical trades personnel Coordinate daily work activities and allocate tasks efficiently Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation Oversee installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with Australian Standards Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines Mentor and support team members to achieve high performance Liaise with supervisors, project managers,
