Work closely with a team of high-performing consultants to drive talent attraction and engagement, building relationships and supporting your candidates in their next career move.
Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates Source high-quality talent through a variety of channels Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture Achieve and exceed targets through our commission and bonus structures The Criteria: Experience in the Property or Real Estate space essential Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport Zero phone-fear!
