English teacher key responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons across secondary year levels.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, implementing strategies to maximise achievement.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to faculty planning, assessment, and curriculum development.
English teacher key selection criteria Recognised secondary teaching qualification with NESA accreditation .
Minimum 1–2 years of secondary English teaching experience.
Strong knowledge of curriculum design and assessment practices.
