RESPONSIBILITIES + Support the end-to-end product development process from concept through to production Manage critical path timelines and ensure deadlines are met Coordinate samples, fit comments, approvals, and technical documentation Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers on product updates and production timelines Maintain accurate product data, costings, and system information Track production progress and proactively flag risks or delays Support range reviews, product meetings, and launch preparation Assist with cross-functional projects across product and operations REQUIREMENTS + Experience in product coordination, buying admin, product development, or a similar role Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator who can build strong supplier relationships Interest in apparel, product innovation, and performance-led product Robust Excel and systems capability Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
