Deflector Site Overview Deflector Operation consists of two high-grade, narrow vein Gold/Copper mines, located 160km east of Geraldton.
The ore is contained in a series of structurally complex lodes, namely the Deflector and Deflector South West deposits.
Reporting to the Underground Shift Supervisor , the Bogger Operator is responsible for providing quality and timely material movement and loading services using underground loaders (boggers), ensuring operational targets are met in a safe, environmentally compliant, and efficient manner.

This position will be offered on an 14:14 roster A short one hour flight time from Perth or DIDO from Geradlton area Market-competitive salary on a fortnightly pay cycle Referral program allowing you to earn up to $6,000 for referring new employees Career development opportunities and great company culture Paid parental leave Key Responsibilities of this Role Will Include: Operate underground loaders (boggers) to transport broken ore and waste materials to trucks, ore/waste passes, and designated stockpiles Operate underground loaders on tele-remotes in stopes Perform secondary break duties including handling oversize materials and conducting scaling activities Assist in maintaining bogger equipment cleanliness, upkeep, and minor troubleshooting Record and submit accurate shift reports, production records, and maintenance logs Conduct basic mechanical maintenance checks to maximise machine uptime and productivity Adhere to daily and weekly planned work schedules About You: Minimum 2 years' experience in underground operations operating boggers Minimum 12 months tele-remote experience WA Manual Driver's Licence (C-Class) WA Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC) Senior First Aid Certificate IT Loader Ticket Working at Heights Certification Level 1 Level 2 Isolation (Site Inducted) Atmospheric Gas Testing Knowledge (Site Inducted) Additional Benefits: Paywise offers the following employee benefits to Vault Minerals employees; o Novated Lease Vehicles o Salary Sacrifice - Trade tools, FIFO Travel, Self Education Our Recruitment Process As part of our recruitment process, we require a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and a National Police Clearance.
