This full-time opportunity operates Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, leading our manufacturing and contract packing operations in Rocklea.
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who is ready to step in, support the team on the ground, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Please note, this is an onsite position only, with no work from home available.
A key aspect of this role is driving business growth by leading manufacturing and production initiatives while supporting NDIS-funded employment outcomes.
You will be creating and promoting both vocational and non-vocational opportunities, with a commitment to empowering our supported workforce to achieve their fullest potential.
Responsibilities Lead and support a team of around 60 employees, including Supported Employees, Job Coaches, and production staff Take a practical, hands-on approach to daily operations and team leadership Oversee contract packing operations to meet customer expectations Manage inventory scheduling, workflow,
