For more information, please visit Accenture + Workday About the role As a Workday Integration Lead , you will lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of Workday integration solutions across complex client environments.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving strategic outcomes while managing end-to-end delivery, team performance, and client relationships.
You will be responsible for shaping integration strategies, ensuring scalable and future-ready architectures, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver transformation programs across HR and Finance.
Key Responsibilities: As a Workday Integration Architect, you will be responsible for architecting an end-to-end integration solution.
You will drive client discussions to define integration requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions.
Your activities will include mapping business processes to support applications, defining data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration architecture.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Master proficiency in Business Process Implementation is required.
Expert proficiency in Business Operation Management and Business Process Design is suggested.
Lead the development and refinement of integration strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and technology capabilities.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
Evaluate and recommend integration technologies and tools that enhance system interoperability and performance.
Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative setting to achieve project goals.
Monitor integration implementations to ensure quality, compliance,



and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications Extensive experience delivering Workday Integration Solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Proven experience in leading delivery teams and managing client relationships within consulting or enterprise programs.
Strong expertise in Integration Technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, middleware, web services).
Ability to define architecture and strategy, with strong problem-solving and commercial acumen.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including with senior leadership.
Experience in driving delivery governance, financial management, and risk control (Manager expectation).
Additional Preferred Attributes Workday Integration certification (preferred).
Strong consulting background with demonstrated leadership across multiple projects.
Experience working across HRIS or Finance transformation programs.
