Role Overview: Senior HVAC Service Technician Requirements: demonstrated hands-on HVAC service technician experience combined with proven leadership skills.
Location: Melbourne metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of service technicians specialising in HVAC air filtration.
Perform maintenance, inspections, and replace filters on HVAC equipment.
Install filtration units and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and compliance audits.
Visit various commercial and industrial sites to identify and resolve technical HVAC issues efficiently.
Assist operational management with field team coordination and workflow follow-up.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain high-quality workmanship.
Provide technical support and guidance, mentoring less experienced technicians.
Work within commercial, industrial, and building services HVAC environments.
