We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator - Creditors to join our Griffith team on a maternity leave contract commencing 1 November **** through to 31 December ****.
While we are ideally seeking someone to work three days per week, we're happy to negotiate the hours and work pattern for the right applicant.
About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of our Griffith office, with a strong focus on creditors and financial administration.
You'll also support office operations, staff coordination and a variety of administrative functions that help keep our business running efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include :



Processing creditor invoices and supplier reconciliations Assisting Payroll with the collation and reporting of timesheets Completing weekly bank reconciliations Preparing monthly creditor reports Assisting with financial records and reporting Supporting office administration, banking and filing Coordinating travel arrangements for staff Managing office supplies, uniforms and vehicle registrations Assisting with marketing activities and social media content Supporting stocktake, audits and compliance activities Providing backup support for debtor administration when required Assisting with WHS, Quality Management and general office administration About You We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working across both finance and office operations.
You'll bring : Previous experience in accounts payable/creditors or finance administration Experience using accounting software (MYOB EXO highly regarded) Strong Excel skills Excellent organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines A current driver's licence Most importantly, you'll be a positive team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
This is much more than a creditors position.
