About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Pub Venue Manager to take full operational responsibility of a multifaceted hospitality venue.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments including bar, bistro, gaming and functions.
The role requires a solid leader who can drive team performance, maintain compliance with all legislative requirements, and consistently deliver on financial and operational KPIs.
A key focus will be on staff development, roster management, customer experience, and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
Regular reporting, stock control, and execution of marketing and operational strategies are essential components of the role.
Your Skills and Experience Proven experience in a Venue Manager or similar hospitality leadership role Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to deliver KPI results Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing large teams Solid knowledge of compliance across liquor, gaming, WHS and legislation Relevant licences including RSA, RSG,
