We are seeking Service Delivery Managers to join a high-performing Federal Government Department.
The successful Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery and operational support of internal and external services, ensuring services are effective, customer-focused and aligned to business and technology outcomes.
The successful Service Delivery Manager will secure an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate .
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for but not limited to; Managing stakeholder communications and acting as a key contact for customers Preparing, planning and managing new or changed services and service agreements Managing service performance, costs, sustainability and continuous improvement Overseeing integration of internal and external services Managing incidents,



service continuity planning and approved change processes The Service Delivery Manager will have experience in the following: Service Level Management experience within complex ICT environments Demonstrated stakeholder relationship and communication skills Technology Service Management experience across internal and external providers Customer service support, performance monitoring and issue escalation experience Business process improvement experience, including methods, tools and standards This is an exciting opportunity for Service Delivery Manager looking to join an innovative Federal Agency .
This long-term opportunity (up to a 3-year engagement) offers an excellent working environment and rewarding contracting rates .
A non-ongoing fixed term arrangement is also available if preferred.
