Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead, manage and coordinate the organisation's educational programs, student support functions and associated administrative operations.
Develop, implement and review educational policies, procedures, operational frameworks and service standards to support effective and consistent program delivery.
Plan, develop and coordinate educational programs and services in consultation with education advisers, education providers and relevant stakeholders.
Provide leadership, professional guidance and ongoing support to education advisers and support staff, including staff development, performance improvement and operational expectations.
Evaluate educational programs and services, monitor outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to maintain quality and effectiveness.
Lead and support the integration of technology-enabled learning, including digital learning platforms and AI-enabled educational tools such as SU Academy, to enhance program delivery, learner engagement and accessibility.
Research and assess current and future educational and learning needs of students arising from the implementation of educational programs and curriculum related activities and provide recommendations to improve educational outcomes.
Monitor emerging education system,



regulatory developments and trends within Australian and international education systems and recommend appropriate improvements to programs and service delivery.
Identify the educational and career development needs of staff and students and coordinate appropriate training, resources and support.
Develop and deliver training and professional development programs for education advisers, instructors and relevant staff to enhance their educational knowledge, skills and service delivery.
Contribute to educational and operational planning, resource allocation and the development of new programs and service initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with universities, colleges, education providers and other relevant stakeholders to support program development and service improvement.
Establish and monitor appropriate quality standards, administrative systems, program records and performance measures, and provide reports and recommendations to senior management on program performance, service quality and opportunities for improvement.
Liaise with students, education providers and other relevant stakeholders regarding educational programs, student needs, educational policies, procedures and service requirements.
