This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BIM Leader to drive strategy, mentor project teams, and play a pivotal role in optimising design technology and project delivery across the practice.
The Opportunity You will be the go-to technical authority for BIM processes and digital delivery.
Working closely with Directors, Design Leaders, and Project Teams, you'll be in charge of best practice, streamline workflows, and ensure exceptional project outcomes through the effective use of technology.
This is a strategic position offering a genuine seat at the table, where your expertise will directly influence project quality, efficiency, and innovation throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the studio's BIM strategy and implementation.
Develop, maintain and continuously improve BIM standards, templates and workflows.
Provide technical leadership and support across multiple project teams.
Oversee project setup, model auditing, quality assurance, and BIM compliance.
Drive digital innovation and identify opportunities to improve project delivery.
Deliver BIM training, mentoring, and capability development across the studio.




Collaborate with consultants and external stakeholders to ensure coordination excellence.
Support the integration of emerging technologies, automation tools and digital design initiatives.
About You Proven experience in a BIM Leadership, BIM Management or Senior BIM Coordinator capacity.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong understanding of BIM execution planning and project delivery standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and influence technical delivery across project teams.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and consultant management.
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement and digital transformation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
