Wood Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service / Call Centre Officer to join a fast-paced operational environment in Perth.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with customers, coordinating bookings, and solving problems quickly in a high-volume phone environment.

What you'll be doing: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume setting Managing service bookings and customer requests efficiently Coordinating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly Following up with customers regarding bookings and updates Maintaining accurate customer and booking records Assisting with new client onboarding and service enquiries What you'll need: Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role Experience in outbound telesales or phone-based environments is highly regarded Backgrounds in dispatch, bookings, logistics,
