Currently undergoing an exciting huge growth phase , we're looking to onboard a top calibre senior lawyer with Historical Child Sex Abuse law (HSA) expertise.
YOUR NEW ROLE In this key role, reporting to an outstanding Team Leader Solicitor+ being part of the winning vibrant HSA team, you will love the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of fighting to do full justice for your plaintiff clients in Institutional/Historical Child Sexual Abuse cases.If you desire some variety, the firm is flexible +happy to accommodate you with a 'mixed' role consisting of HSA (approx. 80%) PLUS CTP/public liability/workers compensation/medical negligence cases (approx. 20%).
You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.




You will be given the opportunity to step up and LEAD junior/intermediate lawyers in the HSA team.
