FAIR Consulting Group is looking for a Data, Analytics AI Practice Lead to define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for one of the most exciting and rapidly evolving areas in enterprise technology.

Enterprise data no longer lives in a single ecosystem.
Hybrid landscapes, where SAP and non-SAP systems coexist, are now the norm, and organisations need a partner that can bring together both worlds with equal credibility.
You will shape how FAIR takes its Data, Analytics AI capabilities to market, defining the proposition, building pipeline, and leading the conversations that create current opportunities and deepen client relationships.

SAP's Business Data Cloud and recent strategic acquisitions, including Reltio, Dremio and Prior Labs, are accelerating a shift in how organisations unify, govern and activate data for AI.
Staying ahead of these developments, understanding their implications, and translating them into compelling offerings and strategic advice for clients will be central to the role.
About the role Drive and execute FAIR's go-to-market strategy for the Data, Analytics AI practice owning the offering, the pipeline and the growth targets.
Lead at the intersection of applications, data and AI, turning fragmented enterprise data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
Advise clients across hybrid landscapes, with credible strategies for both SAP and non-SAP data, analytics and AI estates.
Stay across SAP's evolving Business Data Cloud direction and recent acquisitions like Reltio, Dremio and Prior Labs and translate what they mean into FAIR offerings and client roadmaps.
Design and lead AI, Generative AI, machine learning and intelligent automation solutions that solve real client problems.




Partner with sales and leadership to shape offerings, develop proposals and business cases, and run client workshops, demonstrations and proofs of concept.
Provide thought leadership on data, analytics, AI and digital transformation to clients and internal teams.
Ensure solutions are built with appropriate governance, security, compliance and ethical-AI considerations.
About You Proven experience leading Data, Analytics, AI or Machine Learning initiatives in enterprise environments.
A commercial track record: growing a practice or service offering, building pipeline and generating revenue through business development and pre-sales.
Strong understanding of both SAP and non-SAP data and analytics ecosystems — and how to bring them together across hybrid landscapes.
Familiarity with SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud, alongside leading non-SAP data and AI platforms.
Ability to translate business challenges into data, analytics and AI solutions that deliver actionable insight.
Strong pre-sales skills: solution design, client workshops, proposal development, effort estimation, demonstrations and business-case creation.
Desired Skills: Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools, and an understanding of deep-learning techniques applied to analytics.
Working knowledge of modern open data architectures such as data lakehouse, Apache Iceberg and master data management across SAP and non-SAP sources.
Proficiency with advanced data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
Sound grasp of data security and governance best practice.
