You may come from customer service, procurement, logistics, inventory, manufacturing or operations — or you may be ready to step into a broader role where you can keep learning and building your career.
You'll do well here if you: Are organised, proactive and detail-focused Have experience using ERP systems, ideally in a busy order or operations environment Enjoy solving problems and keeping information accurate Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers and internal teams Can manage priorities and follow through on updates Take pride in doing things properly Are collaborative, adaptable and willing to help where needed Experience in manufacturing, spare parts, mechanical products or site service administration would be helpful, but it is not essential.
Why You'll Love It: Stable, established business with a strong reputation Friendly team culture with genuine long tenure Varied role across customer service, procurement and operations Supportive manager and structured handover Hybrid flexibility once you're settled and up to speed Opportunity to grow your skills across logistics, procurement and supply chain Future pathway into broader responsibility over time This is a great opportunity to join a quality-focused industrial business where your accuracy, communication and follow-through will be genuinely valued.
