This is an excellent opportunity to use your dealership knowledge in a customer-focused environment where you'll help dealership staff solve accounting, administration and system-related issues while enjoying a stable Monday to Friday office-based role.
The Role Working as part of an experienced support team, you'll become a trusted advisor to dealership customers by helping them navigate both the software and the dealership processes behind it.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing Help Desk support to dealership customers.
Assisting users with dealership accounting and administration enquiries.
Troubleshooting accounting and operational workflows.
Explaining dealership processes alongside software functionality.
Learning new software enhancements and supporting customers as the system evolves.
Occasionally assisting the implementation team during busy project periods if you wish.




About You You'll bring genuine dealership experience and understand how dealership accounting and administration functions operate.
Ideal backgrounds include: Dealership Accountant Assistant Accountant Accounts Officer Experienced dealership administration professionals with strong accounting exposure You'll also possess: Excellent understanding of dealership financial processes.
Experience using a Dealer Management System.
Outstanding communication skills.
Strong customer service focus.
Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical processes in simple terms.
