Manage property accounting, tenant invoicing, reconciliations and financial repo Work across Xero and Re-Leased to ensure accurate financial controls and cashflo Join a growing property investment business offering hybrid work and long-term c The Role Reporting into the leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial management of a retail property portfolio, ensuring accurate reporting, financial controls and tenant accounting.
Key Responsibilities Manage tenant invoicing, receivables and rental arrears Process accounts payable, supplier invoices and payment approvals Complete bank and account reconciliations Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies Prepare monthly management fee invoices and investor distributions Produce cashflow reports, budgets and monthly financial reports Assist with month-end reporting and financial processes Maintain accurate financial data across Xero and Re-Leased Support the ongoing financial management of the property portfolio About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in property accounting,
