ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: Lane Cove West (Parking onsite).
Must be an Australian Citizen must be able to apply for an NV1.
Full-time Casual roles available Rotating Rosters with 12-hour shifts Level 5 SSIA + First Aid Allowance + Bonus of $7K capped annually.
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and uphold, deter and/or report any policy violations.
Report malfunctioning equipment.
Report Hazards, Risks and Incidents Report or respond to any Alarms, suspicious activity emergencies.
Enforce Safety requirements.
Ensure doors are properly secured.
Assist with the escorts of contractors, visitors, or others as assigned Conduct internal and external patrols of the building and perimeter,



including all amenities Relieve each post for their assigned break time.
Respond to directions requested by the Supervisor or Manager OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: NV1 highly preferred If you do not hold an NV1, you need to have the ability to obtain an NV1 by being an Australian Citizen.
24/7 availability across multiple locations Previous experience in a high-security workplace will be highly regarded, but not essential, as we will provide training A valid NSW security licence A valid first aid/CPR certificate Strong work ethic and reliability Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good understanding of Tech/computers and access control systems (issuing passes) Ability to be cross-trained across multiple sites Ability to be well-presented at all times Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
