We're looking for an energetic Customer Service professional who genuinely enjoys delivering exceptional service and keeping things moving.
It's a hands-on position where you'll become the central point connecting customers, sales, logistics, operations and finance—making sure orders flow seamlessly from placement through to delivery.

You'll build strong relationships with customers across Australia and New Zealand while working closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You'll be trusted to think ahead, solve problems before they become issues and keep customers informed every step of the way.
What you'll be doing Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery Building trusted relationships with customers across Australia New Zealand Responding to enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency Coordinating deliveries,



freight and logistics Managing backorders and keeping customers informed Working closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Finance Preparing customer documentation including PODs, packing lists and export paperwork Maintaining accurate information within SAP and internal systems Supporting inventory movements and stock transfers Identifying smarter ways of working and contributing ideas to improve customer experience What makes you successful You genuinely enjoy helping people, You're organised, proactive and calm under pressure and you don't wait to be asked—you take ownership, communicate well and love finding solutions.
You'll also bring: Experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, Sales Support or Internal Sales Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational ability Confidence juggling multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy A positive, solutions-focused attitude Intermediate Excel skills Experience using SAP or another ERP system (highly regarded) Experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial or FMCG environments will be highly regarded.
